Terms of Stay
The short version: book in writing, bring ID, treat the suite like a home, and follow the township's rules.
1.Bookings
A direct booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation by WhatsApp or email, showing your dates, suite, tariff and payment details. Bookings made on Airbnb follow Airbnb's terms.
2.Rates and payment
Tariffs are quoted per night for the whole suite. The payment schedule and any applicable taxes are set out in your booking confirmation.
3.Cancellations
For direct bookings, the cancellation terms in your confirmation apply. For Airbnb bookings, the policy shown on Airbnb for your dates applies.
4.Check-in
Every guest must show valid government-issued photo ID. Check-in is from 12:00 noon (Golf View Suite) or 2:00 PM (Elegant Suite), and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
5.Occupancy
Each suite hosts up to 4 registered guests. Visitors need our approval in advance.
6.House rules
Our House Rules & Policies form part of these terms. Damage, excessive cleaning or breaches of the rules may lead to additional charges.
7.Township rules
Godrej Golf Links is a residential community. Guests must follow the society's rules, and access to common facilities such as the pool and clubhouse depends on society rules, timings and availability.
8.Your belongings
Please keep valuables with you and lock the suite whenever you go out.
